Dynatec's technical support has consisted of providing engineers, designers and draftsmen highly experienced in resolving complex problems in the field or offices of our clients at a fixed hourly, monthly or annual rate or by doing the detailed design work in our own offices on a fixed price basis.
Our support may consist of a single person or a group of technicians with its own group leader but supervised by our client. Dynatec's technical support may extend to the supervision and coordination of such work on the job site.
Since the majority of its clients are very large engineering and industrial companies, Dynatec does not pretend to compete with them on their projects but only to offer technical support on parts of these projects when their own staff does not have sufficient specialized technical personnel to complete them.
The work contracted is very diversified and has included:
Bilingual Engineers - Due to orientation of the founder, Mr. Burton Novack, the company has often utilized plans provided in English and translated them to Spanish using bilingual engineers highly knowledgeable in American and European engineering standards.
Equipment - The company has computers, scanners, plotters, printers, etc. to complete design plans in CAD. Programmers are also available to meet the specialized needs of our clients.
Computer Automation - Dynatec has a group of personnel to work on computer-aided design platforms (such as AutoCAD®) and programmers to meet the specialized needs of our clients in the information field.
